your will. It will help you in any
situation in which you have to remain

toughness means focusing all of your
attention on the challenge that you are
facing at the moment.
Mental toughness does not come
naturally. It must be learned. Just as
physical toughness requires long, hard
training, mental toughness requires lots
of practice.
