文章長くてすいません。
赤線が引いてあるとこで『toshio did』と言ってますが'did'は絶対入れなきゃダメですか？？
didが入る理由が分かりません。😭

もちろん入れなければいけません。
しっかりと答えるとしたら
Toshio asked someone~(長いので省略します).になりますよね。
そのaskedにdidを置いて省略(？)してるんです。
そもそも英文で(答えるときも)動詞がないなんてのはありえません。
唯一、どのくらいなど期間を尋ねる疑問文の答え(For two years.)や
場所を尋ねる疑問文の答え(At the station.)などは動詞なくていいんです。
