海外の場所の方が(国内よりも)、修学旅行の目的地としては良いと思います。
I have two reasons.

1番目に、学生にとって、外国文化について知ることは大切です。
What we students see, hear or touch will widen our horizon.
私たち学生が見たり、聞いたり、触ったりすることが視野を広げることになります。
