agree that restaurants and supermarkets should try
to reduce the amount of food that they throw away.
I have two reason.
First, It costs to throw the food.
It is possible to
spend money for products if we reduce to spend money to
throw food.
Second, It is not good for environment. Garbages
have much carbon dioxide to burn food. So It gives
Influent to people.
For these reasons, I agree that restaurants and
supermarkets should try to reduce the amount of
food that they throw away.

If we reduce the amount of money used for waste food, we can use the money for other beneficial things.

Second以降、itを明確に示す(この場合であれば、it is - to burn waste foodなど)

Garbages produce carbon dioxide if we burn them.

So it has harmful effects on people.

補足ですが、全体的にとてもわかりやすく簡潔な構成でいいと思います
あとは、客観的に見て意味が通る文になっているか、複数形のミスは無いかを見直してみましょう。
また、itが何を示すのかを明確にすればさらに良くなると思います。
