it is sometimes said that all people be able to enter museums for free.

I agree that all people should be able to enter museums for free.
Firstly, they can enter museum without preparing. In many cases, if they do not enter museums for nothing, the cost is likely to get worse and worse. However, by entering them, they will not have money.
Secondly, this attempt will become a public concern. For example, it can provide a good opportunity for them to consider learning environment. Without entering museum for free, they all could not have such an opportunity.
In conclusion, I strongly agree with opinion.

結論のwith opinion はopinion ではなく、具体的に書いた方がいいです。

全体的に内容が分かりにくいのでみかんさんがどの様な考えて書いたかを知りたいのです。和訳をくれるとより細かく見れます！
