非制限用法では関係代名詞は省略できないようですが、制限用法では省略しても良いのですか？
※目的格の場合です。

基本的にOKですが、「前置詞＋関係代名詞の目的格」は省略できません。
【例文】
This is the city <in which I was born and raided>. これは＜私が生まれ育った＞街です。
This is the city <(which)(関係代名詞：目的格－省略可能) I was born and raided in>.
