Agree or disagree: Japanese companies should require employees to use English in their workspace.

I disagree Japanese companies should require employees to use English in their workspace. I have two reasons.
First, there are only few people that can speaking English very well. Our mother language is Japanese, and there are few chance of speaking English. So we can't speak English easily. This thing makes some problems. Communicate with someone become difficult and we can't correct communication. we felt big stress.
Second,we need study English. Business English word is little special, and we don't lern it in school. So we should study English after finish own works. After finish work, it is very tired. Can we study hard after that? I don't think so. Many people may be want take a rest After working.
For this reasons, I think Japanese companies shouldn't require employees to use English in their workspace.
