I think that the number of Japanese students that studying abroad will increase in the future.
There are three reasons.
First of all, the world is becoming more globalized in a variety of aspects.
Started from 2021, National Center for University Entrance Examinations test changed a common university entrance exam. And many universities encourage to get Eiken, TOEIC and so forth, which means learning English is getting more important in Japan. The second reason, if people learn in different country, people can have a lot of experiences. The third reason, people have a chance to go abroad at low cost, because study abroad agency is also increasing.

最後すごい無理矢理感ありますが、、
