that後面的enable為關係子句的動詞，而後面的is為主要子句的動詞，兩個是不同句子的動詞，所以可以同時存在。(不知道這樣說對不對，希望有幫助到你^^)

刮號裡的是關係子句，是主要子句的一部分喔，所以其實也可以省略不寫，然後主要子句其實就包含你最前面寫的"The trait" (主詞) 和後面的is.... 都是喔
