Not only -, but also -の文の倒置がイマイチよく分からないのですが、
写真のbの文の、but it alsoの itは抜くことができないのですか？？

教えていただけると嬉しいです。よろしくお願いします。

not only A but (also) B「A だけでなく B も」 (三B as well as A)

(not only A but (also) B が文の主語の場合動詞の人称と数は B に一致きせるのが原則)

の文にalsoという副詞を入れるので動詞が一語の場合は主語と動詞の間に入れるというルールがあるので、、、
not only〜,but alsoのalsoは省略できるので省略された文にalsoを入れるとしたらbutの節に副詞として入れてあげるだけです

うしろも生まれた時から完全文だからitは抜けない、その上で省略可能なalsoを敢えて入れるのであれば文法的な普通のルールとしてそこに入るということですね！
