先日evenは副詞なのに名詞にかかるんですか？という質問があったかと思いますが、
このonlyも2bの用法は名詞を修飾しているとすぐにわかりますが、2aの用法でも名詞を修飾できます。
これが（副詞は名詞を修飾しないと教わっている）学生さんには盲点になるようです。
