I don't think it
beneficial for workers to change
jobs often. I have two reasons.
To begin with, it is
bad for their econany aspects
By changing
To do so.
Jobs, they can't predict their
Saraly. They ey must save money..
because they can't eary it stably.
So they will hold economical
issue. In the second place,
they will lose their motivation
for work. When they change
work, they are hard to
practice new work. By doing
so; They will be feel
weary to work, and I don't
want to go the work.
Also, they need to build
new relationship with colleagues and
their boss. It's very hard.
Changing jobs has many bad
points. For these reasons, they shouldn
change Jobs often.
