別に熟語として訳し方を覚えるようなことじゃなくて

〜後に・〜前にというふうに時間の表現をしたいときは
five minutes after〜とかtwo years before〜
みたいな言い方をします。

今回はそれに副詞のonlyがついて、否定のニュアンスが加わっているだけです
〜して5分後しかない・5分しか経ってない
= 〜してわずか5分後に　ということです
