〝英語を話す〟のは｢私｣ですか?｢英語を話す友達｣ではないですよね?
→　「私が英語で話しかける友達は一人もいない。」なので、英語で話しかけるのは主語の私ですね。
但し、話しかけられる相手は、当然英語を話すはずですが・・・。
