⇒　「Yokohama」は主語　⇒　関係代名詞「which」に置き換わる

⇒　「(In) Hong Kong」は場所を表す修飾語　⇒　関係副詞「where」に置き換わる

こんなことをやってみると区別しやすくなると思います。
