①The left side of the heart pumps blood to the entire body. と ②The right side pumps blood to the lungs to receive oxygen. のふたつの文をwhileを使って一つの文にしなければならないのですが、① while ② の形にするとpumps blood の部分が重複してくどいと思います。この場合、どのように言い換えるのが正解でしょうか？？

となります。

while の前にコンマが必要です。この場合は while が 「一方で」という対比する意味を持つので、pumps blood が重複してもそのままで大丈夫です。
