画像赤マークのbeはgetのほうがいいです。その状態であるbeよりも、その状態になるgetです。
後半のstaffsの複数名詞はエスがいりません。そのままで複数になります。fishみたいな名詞です。

緑マークのThat is becauseはないほうがいいです。
That is becauseは結果があってからの原因につなげるので、ここでは使わないほうがいいです。
