それであれば、dependsの前に主語のitがほしいです。

・日本語の「十分に決心していない」の表現をそのまま英語にしてdecide enough to…という表現がありません。書かれた文の形を変えずに動詞だけ変えるとしたら、careがピッタリだと思いました。
「プロのダンサーになりたいほど関心がない」のようなニュアンスになります。日本語訳下手ですが。
・ではやはり、dependsの前に主語のitを入れるといいです。Whetherの接続詞で書き始めているので。
