foundedが過去分詞だから、前に習った過去分詞の後置修飾って考えたらいいんじゃないかな、多分。
これって、関係代名詞の非制限用法の話？高校受験の時に塾でサラッと習っただけだし、私の高校まだそこまで行ってないから分かんないや…。
