（英検2級の過去問ですがポイントなしで書きました）

It is often said that people today use too much electricity. Do you agree with this opinion?

I agree that people today use too much electricity. I have two reasons. First, many people use their devices often. Using devices a lot can lead to high cost of electric exspense. Second, people frequently use electronics at home. For example, turning on the lights, cooking, and washing clothes. In conclusion, I think that most people use a lot of electricity today.

減点になるような箇所もなさそうです。
文法的には正しく書けていますので、内容を見てみると、ひとつ目の理由で電子機器の使用がhigh cost of electric expenseと、電気の使用量からコストに変化してしまっています。
たとえば、devicesを充電するのに電気量が必要になると書くのはどうでしょうか？

最後の一文で、too muchをa lot ofに置き換えていて、それでもいいと思いますが、他にもoveruseなど必要以上に使っている表現もあります。
