文意上應該不符合這句所要表達的「具備」唷！！
have ability to 有能力以至於能夠做到某事，或者是可以達到某事情的能力
但題目的翻譯上，是說應當「具備」是指，具備某個能力，所以我覺得兩者的意思應該是有落差的。

如果是我這句翻譯我會這樣寫，
