agree to = agree with って覚えているとダメですか？

ダメですね。
agree to do sth で、考えや計画に賛同する(にyesと言う)、 あるいは、誰か(集団)と議論した後で同じ意見を持った誰かと一緒に議論する( decide together)の意味があります。
例文を挙げるとすれば、前者は No one really knows why he agreed to do the film.
後者は We agreed to meet again the following Monday.
といった感じです。

agree with (sth/ phr v)は、
1. to believe that a decision, action, or suggestion is correct or right : I don't agree with hitting children.

2.not agree with sb | if a type of food does not agree with you, it makes you feel ill. ≒disagree : Green peppers don't agree with me.

3. if an adjective, verb etc agrees with a word, it matches that word by being plural if the word is plural etc

意味は同じですが、to 、withの意味が違うので、区別しておくべきだと私は思います。
