赤線の部分の otherとinterestingは何故interestingが後なのでしょうか？
また、黄色線のfor、bothはどのような意味で、順番で訳せばいいのでしょうか？

何故面白い他のものという順ではダメなのでしょうか？

そこ難しいですよね、限定詞（Other）＋形容詞（interesting）＋名詞（thing）」という形容詞と名詞の前のルールみたいなものです。深く考えると難しいので私の場合は、そのままそのものとして覚えてしまっています！笑
