It's more important to do~ は決まり文句のような表現で、「〜する方がより重要だ」「〜することが、より大切だ」と訳されます。

直前の文で
~, money isn't the only reason to work.
(お金(のため)だけが働く理由ではない)
と言っているので、それに続けて
For some people, it's more important to do the work they love.
(人によっては、好きな仕事をすることの方がもっと大切だ。)
と訳すことができます。

it's more important to do ~ の主語の it's は「それは」と訳さず、~以下にある部分 the work they love (好きな仕事)を主語の位置に持ってくると日本語での意味が分かりやすくなります。
