を日本語に訳す時に接続詞のafterを補って訳す場合は考えられませんか、？

whenをafterに変えても、問題ないと思います。
しかし、After I have breakfast, I am going to go to the library. (昼食を食べる後、私は図書館に行くつもりです。)は変ですね。
After I have had breakfast,/After I have finished my breakfast, I am going to go to the library. はＯＫです。
