如果是It is... that的句型那個叫做強調分裂句，換句話說他是把原本的整句話分為「強調部分」跟「剩餘部分」，但是因為它們終究來於同一個句子，所以這兩個部分應該是要能夠合併的
例如It is the earthquake that frightens me.
強調部分是earthquake，剩餘部分是frightens me，合起來是The Earthquake frightens me.

但是題目這句話如果用強調分裂句，強調部分是stupidity，剩餘部分是she believed every word the quack said.
你會發現stupidity是塞不進去的，所以不能用強調分裂句
