〜is a little difficult to be catchedにしたんです。

受動態を作ったつもりで。

解答はそのままcatchですけど、catch〜って聞き取る、ですよね？

よく分からなかったので解説をお願いしたいです🙇‍♀️

It's a little idiomatic. For expressions like "easy to...", "simple to...", "difficult to...", "hard to...", "impossible to...", the passive voice [受け身] is never used.
