which是「關係代名詞」，既然他叫做代名詞就代表他有省略掉後面的東西，照例來講也就是先行詞the news，但是你如果想要把the news放回形容詞子句裡面就會發現沒有地方放進去，所以就不能選which

這裡的that引導的是「名詞子句」作news的同位語
