・First〜students.の後の文頭に、That is because〜を入れると字数稼ぎにもなって良いと思います。
・volunteer workという単語が何度も文中に出てきてくどいので、代名詞に置き換えると良いでしょう。
・The city becomes clean and beautiful.の文が理由になっていませんので、やめた方がいいでしょう。
(これは細かいので、気にしなくていいのですが、theは他と区別するときや複数個あるものを縄で一つにくくるようなときに使いますので、あまり適切ではないです)
The second reason is to keep the town clean and beautiful.のようにした方がいいかと思います。
(First〜、Second〜よりかはThe first reason is〜、The second reason is〜にした方が相手に伝わりやすい文となって良いかと思います)
・Working〜happy.の文ですが、the cityが主語になっていて変な文になっているので、やめた方が良いかと思います。
