請問有規定分詞後是要加原V嗎

這題會用原V是因為See是感官動詞喔，文法是「主詞+感官V.+受詞+受詞補語(原V、Ving或Vpp)」，跟分詞構句沒有關係

這句話還原就是 She saw the cockroach run/running across the table, and she was terrified… .
