首先要知道：
and是對等的連接詞，這代表前後都必須對等。

如果你用A選項，and可以刪掉，前句不屬於句子，if是假設副詞。
如果你用b選項，and也要刪掉，when這一句是時間副詞。
如果你選d選項，前句不屬於一個完整句子，只是動名詞，他相當於把and要到前面去，所以後面可以直接接句子，而非使用and連接。
