誤:Ken practice soccer does not as long as
Takuya.
正:Ken does not practice soccer as long as
Takuya.

何故この語順になるのでしょうか??

私の学校では、同格は元の文章につけて作れば良いと習いましたよ。
まず同格の部分を抜いたときの文はKen does not practice soccer.となりますよね。
次に同格部分のas long as Takuyaを後ろにつけたら
Ken does not practice soccer as long as Takuya.になります。
