別におかしいわけではないですが、英語は同じ言葉を2度使うのを嫌うと習いませんでしたか？例えば「I like an apple. I always eat it.」みたいに2回目以降はitに置き換えてますよね。このthereも同じようなものだと考えれば大丈夫です。
