符合題意的選項是（C）talking
如果要選（A）talked的話，saw後面的句子必須是被動句。
例句：Susan saw you kissed by that girl. → Susan看到你被那個女孩親

加原V是陳述事實或者是事情發生的全程你都有看到
I saw my son playing basketball with his friend yesterday.
V-ing是比較強調動作正在進行的片段。

但我覺得考試比較不會把這兩個都放在選項讓你選，比較重要的是感官動詞後面應該加什麼、是主動還是被動。
