理由をふたつ挙げられていて、構成はいいと思います。
また、文字数も良く、トピックに沿った内容だとおもいます。
減点ポイントとしては、
1つめの意見のpeople busy のところの動詞がどこにあるのか理解できなかったのと、take time jogging が少し分かりませんでした。take time for joggingかと思います。
2つめの意見はI think it のitが分かりませんでした。YouTubeの事だったんでしょうか、アプリケーションのことだったんでしょうか。どちらにしても前の1文と繋がりにくく、理解しがたかったです。
