なぜ題名のanimalのaが大文字になっているのでしょうか？題名だと変わるんですかね？

冠詞、接続詞、前置詞　以外は基本的にタイトルの単語の頭文字は大文字なのが自然です。
新聞タイトルだと全て大文字だったりもします。
厳密なルールなどはないかと思います。
