この問題なんですけど、②が答えらしいんですけど、なぜ①もmore 原級 than になっているのに②が正解なんですか？

Tom is more wise than clever.
のように more 原級A than 原級B「BよりもむしろA 」となることはあります。
Tom について、原級A と 原級B を比較していて写真の問題文には合わないです。

①を選んだ場合
That computer is more good than this one.
more と good がthan の前にあるのは間違いです。
これは例えば、 That computer is better than this one. (比較級＋than)なら正しいです。

写真の問題文は A is less 原級 than B. 「A は B ほど～ない」を表します。
これは A is not as 原級 as B. の意味と同じです。
That computer is less good than this one.
= That computer is not as good as this one.
ということです。
