最上級を使った比較表現の英文を作る時に、最上級の前にtheをつける時とつけない時の違いは何ですか？誰か教えてください！！🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻‍♂️

文によって変わりますが、特定の物やグループが文中に出てくる場合、比較級でtheを入れることが多いです。
例えば“Mount Everest is the highest mountain in the world.”や“He is the smartest student in the class.”は特定のグループが出てくるので theを使い、“Chocolate is the sweetest of all treats.”や“She is the most talented artist I know.”は特定のグループが出てこないので省略する場合が多いです。
