If we sell there something popular things in the local,many people will visit there.

私は私たちはそれ(廃校になった小学校)を店として再使用すべきだと思います。もし私たちがそこでその地元で何か有名なものを売るなら、たくさんの人々がそこへ訪れるでしょう。

→ If we sell something locally(副詞) famous(形容詞) there, many people will visit there.
