city不是人，所以B可以先刪
原本形容詞子句裡面應該是We are speaking of the city.然後把of the city一起往前提，最後把重複出現的city變成which得到of which
不能用where是因為這裡的介系詞of是跟著speak的，所以必須留下

介系詞大致可以分兩種用法
1. 跟著動詞（例如車裡的speak of，其他的像是focus on）
2. 跟著名詞（也就是即使沒有動詞，這一組也可以懂他的意思，例如He lives in Taipei，就算沒有live，你光是看到in Taipei你也可以知道是在臺北裡的意思）
而可以換成where的只有第二種
例如：Taipei, in which he lives, is a convenient city. = Taipei, where he lives, is a convenient city.
