I think that this idea makes sense.I have two reasons.

Firstly,generally speaking, summer temperatures in Japan are higher than in other countries.In this mean,not using air conditioners is so dangerous for students.

Secondly,I believe schools must create comfortable environments for students.Air conditioning management in classrooms leads to their concentration on the class’s contents.

For these reasons,I’m sure that school classrooms using air conditioners had better be compulsory.
