文法的なミスがないか確認してもらいたいです！
テストの振り返りを英語で書いています。
これはvocabulary分野の反省です。

書きたかったこと(日本語)
もう少し一生懸命勉強することができたと思う。私はvocabularyとsynonymとantonymをノートに書いた。赤シートを使って覚える練習をした。そしてsynonymとantonymは比較的簡単に覚えられた。でも単語の意味は思い通りにいかなかった。私は曖昧に覚えていた。だからこれからは英語の発音も認識する。そのために声に出して読まなければならない。

I think that I was able to study hard.
I wrote vocabulary, synonym and antonym in my note book.
Practiced to remember them with a transparent red plastic sheet
Therefore synonym and antonym were relatively easy to remember.
However I couldn't do it at my plesure about meaning of a word.
I remembered a vague that. So I'll recognize english pronunciation.
I have to read out loud for that.

添削してみました。日本語も添えてあり、意味が理解しやすく助かります。

I think I could have studied a little harder. I wrote vocabularies, synonyms and antonyms in my notebook. I used a transparent red plastic sheet to cover up the words for memorizing them. I was able to memorize the synonyms and antonyms relatively easily but not for the meanings of the words as much as I expected. I remembered them vaguely. So from now on, I want to  pay more attention to the English pronunciation as well by reading them aloud.

もう少し一生懸命勉強することができたと思う。ノートに単語、同義語、反意語を書きました。単語は赤いシートでカバーして憶えました。同義語、反意語は比較的簡単に覚えられたが、単語の意味は思ったより覚えられなかった。私は曖昧に覚えていました。なので、これからは声に出して読み、英語の発音にも意識を配りたいです。

* vocabularies, synonyms and antonyms は不特定の単語、同義語、反意語について言ってるので、冠詞(a/an/the)無しの複数形にします。

*3行目、主語が必要なので、いきなり Practiced から始める文にはできません。

*４行目、文頭の Therefore は不要。無くても前文からの内容のつながりは伝わっています。

*5行目、英語で伝わり易いよう全体的に書き直しました。

*6行目、recognize ではなく、pay more attention to (もっと意識を払う/注意を払う/気を付ける)を使う方が良いです。
