第三題單純只是被動語態be+pp 跟that沒有關係 意思就是被粉刷而已
被動語態be+pp

第二題的another這邊是指沒有限定的另外一個，若用the other是指限定要那個手機 但是他不知道要什麼手機 所以沒有辦法限定 所以是沒有限定的新手機 另外這個也可以用 other同樣是沒有限定的

第一題如果用that,後面是要加一個子句，而子句要包含動詞與主詞，而你這個句子接下去是is 而非主詞或動詞 加上後面有to 所以不能用that
這種句子 it is .........to V
