其實你問了一個很多學生都沒有留意的事。
有好多字，可數的也有不可數的用法，通常兩者有細微不同意思。

上面的connection speeds 是指不同的供應商有不同的速度，都是所謂的5G 速度吧。
可數的speeds是某一個已說明好的速度，其他的都是不可數的。

可數： Many young men loves to ride their motorbikes at dangerous speeds.
不可數： He didn’t reduce the car’s speed until the police came behind him.

要用對就一定要多查字典。字典每個名詞一定會寫 u /c .
u= uncountable 不可數
c= countable 可數
