Yes,I do.
I think the number of Japanese people who work in foreign countries will increase probably.
I have two reasons to support my opinion.
One reason is that now a lot of Japanese companies are expanding their businesses abroad in the global society,so do people.
The other is that I think the English ability of Japanese students is improving gradually by the recent education so most of them will work in not Japan but foreign countries instead in the future.

全体的に見ても問題の趣旨にあってない。言いたいことが伝わりにくいのと、理由になってない。
例えば言語を学ぶ時間がないから外国で働かないっていうのは繋がらない。
それと、最後は問題文を写しただけで字数稼ぎにしかなってないよ。
