1. raise (及物動詞)→可以直接+名詞
2. rise arise (不及物動詞)→若要接名詞，需要介系詞
raise有很多意思，最常見的就是
raise your hand (舉手)
這裡的raise有抬起、舉起的意思
至於rise和arise
rise有上升的意思 (偏具體)
arise「沒有」上升的意思，它比較偏產生，出現 (偏抽象)
最常見的就是arise from 起因於
→The sun rises in the east (升起)
→The population has risen to one million (上升至)
→A heavy mist arose from the lake (起霧)
→Unexpected difficulties arose in the course of their experiment(出現意想不到的困難)
