It is the notebook you have been looking 〜？にはnotebookとyouの間に関係代名詞のwhich が省略されてます。なので、「これはノートですか？」にどんなノートを説明しているので「これは昨日からあなたが探しているノートですか？」となります。
また、関係代名詞の後ろはS Vで始まり不完全な文なので、have you beenの形ではありません。
