不好意思請問一下，第三題的手寫為什麼這個句子不需要加逗號？
（加逗號是非限定用法，主詞Singapore 是獨有無二且明確的，但卻不用加逗號感覺很怪怪的？）

關係子句又成為形容詞子句，所以他的功用其實跟形容詞差不多，只是形容詞子句會跟在那個名詞的後面，而他所形容的那個名詞就叫做先行詞。
這題你要看先行詞到底是誰，先行詞應該是離形容詞子句最近的名詞，所以應該是city state而不是Singapore，又因為city state有很多個，所以就會是用限定子句
