4. 「人們占滿街道」跟「鼓聲、鞭炮聲迴盪在空氣中」應該是同時發生的兩件事情，所以用while（兩者同時）。
(A)since有兩個意思，一個是「自從」，但是通常他是用在完成式；第二個意思是「因為」，但是這兩句看不出來因果關係（人們占滿接到應該是因為節日，而不是因為有那些聲響）
(C)for前面沒有逗號的狀況下是介系詞，但是後面接的應該是完整的一句話，而不是名詞或動名詞，所以不可以用。而for如果要當連接詞作because的話前面要有逗號（但即便是這樣也不通，跟A是一樣的道理）
(D)once是當...就，他的用法比較類似於as soon as，是有先後順序的。
