like の後にtoがくるのはなぜですか？　
→　なぜなら、likeの後ろに動詞を持ってくる場合は、like [to ～](不定詞)かlike ～ing(動名詞)しかないからです。
・like to ～：～することが好きである、(これから)～してみたい
・like ～ing：～することが好きである【注意：×(これから)～してみたい】
※like to ～/like ～ing　はどちらも「～することが好きである」として使う場合は、どちらを使ってもＯＫです。

likeのあとにtoがきてるのはto readで不定詞になってるからだと思います。likeが他動詞でto readがその目的語になっていると思います。
